At Nicole’s House of Hope, we help you become a functional member of society again.

Our organization provides a diverse range of development programs and supportive services to train and care for you as you return to self-sufficiency.

Case Management

We provide ongoing case management plans for our residents. Our case managers work closely with the residents to ensure that their growth plan is on target and always up to date.

Our case managers also maintain accurate documentation of service objectives and participate in resident-related meetings and training. They conduct crisis intervention and prepare case-related reports.

By continually monitoring and evaluating each resident’s progression, we can implement corrective actions to the plan as needed.

Community Outreach

We are committed to supporting our community by providing essential resources to individuals and families in need. Through our outreach efforts, we distribute nutritious meals, household goods, back-to-school supplies, toiletries, and other vital necessities directly to those who need them most.

We are thankful for our partnerships with the Atlanta Food Bank, Good 360, Children Restoration Network and Feed the Children.

Our emergency transitional homes take care of both single men, women and those with children who are struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse, and/or homelessness. With this housing program, we provide our residents with the knowledge and skills needed to sustain an independent living environment.

We have 65 beds located throughout the Greater Atlanta Area, that were constructed to assist residents in developing daily life skills and teach them how to use  community resources. We have three housing workers managing this program and providing support for all of our residents. Our house support workers enjoy helping our residents become more self-sufficient by improving their communication, housekeeping, and conflict resolution skills.
